I am a day behind on my Garden to City reading but so comforted and encouraged by Joshua 3:5 today.
Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you.
Israel is preparing to cross the Jordan river and for a second time the people will see God part waters to bring them over to something new. As Stacy and I prepare to cross the country, I am praying that God moves supernatural waters and carries us on dry ground for his glory alone.
It is a tough spot to be in. There is a lot to accomplish before we pack up; the house selling being a major factor. But in the midst of the stress that is moving, God is stirring me to recognize the “wonders” he will do among us. I have also noticed doubt and desperation that is not of God and I am claiming Christ’s victory in all of this.
What dry land do you need to cross and what wonders will God do among you?
